ivvi Company Overview
ivvi is an AI-powered mindmapping tool that helps students with dyslexia transform lectures and notes into visual maps in real-time. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and part of the University of Edinburgh AI Accelerator programme and Venture labs. ivvi won the Bett (British Education Training and Technology) Award for SEND and Inclusion Resources & Services 2026. becoming the first AI-native product and first Scottish company to win in the category's history. ivvi is one of only two products, out of approximately 95 on the official UK DSA, approved software list, to have ever won a BETT Award.

Founder Bio - Darius Namdaran
Darius Namdaran is CEO and co-founder of ivvi. As someone who is dyslexic himself, Darius built ivvi to help visual thinkers capture and organise information the way their brains naturally work. His mission: help a million students with dyslexia learn to mind map by 2030.
Founder Bio - Jo Lee
Jo Lee is COO and co-founder of ivvi. Jo brings over 25 years of team building and operations experience to ivvi as well as the lived experience of a parent of children with dyslexia. Jo is passionate that every person has the opportunity and support needed to thrive and succeed.
